Jacob Jonas interview: ‘In A Room on Broad St’ and Kickstarter campaign

Talking with Dispatch Radio, Jacob discusses the style of dance in the show and promotes the Kickstarter campaign created to raise $15,000, ensuring that the Jacob Jonas The Company (JJTC) has all the funds they need to properly pay performers, cover transportation and rising production costs.

After placing third at the 2013 Capezio ACE Awards Jonas will now see his vision come live with shows in New York and Los Angeles.

The Show:

In A Room On Broad St is Jacob Jonas’s view on society’s competitive nature: how it hurts relationships, creates our work ethic, and brings certain qualities out of each individual including balance, patience and strength. This show will unite a variety of different artists and mediums into one collaborative artistic performance. Dance, film, projection, and music will all be involved to explore the endless possibilities of art through collaboration.
